What do others say about this home?
“People who used the service and their relatives commented positively about the registered manager and staff. The service had a positive culture. People and staff felt the service cared about their opinions and included them in making any decisions about improvements. “
“I have nothing but praise and admiration for the dedication of all the staff and the great care and love they give my wife and other residents in Calvin House and other parts of Abbotsleigh. I am particularly grateful for what they have done for residents, despite the personal risks they have faced, and for their concern and support for relatives and friends of residents during the stressful period of lockdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic.”
Husband of Resident, 25 June 2020, carehome.co.uk
“We can't thank the staff enough for the outstanding care and kindness you showed to my husband over the last ten months. Each staff member went over and above in helping him to settle in. They were patient, kind and compassionate, respectful at all times and they showed genuine love for him. I would like to name each member of staff personally but there isn't enough space. There are some exceptional people working here.”
Wife of Resident, 18 May 2020, carehome.co.uk
“All the staff at Abbotsleigh Mews are kind and caring. They have gone out of their way to make sure that my, nearly 95 year old, father settles in well to the home and feels safe and happy. The staff have also taken great care of me, which is so kind. Well done - keep up the good work in your spotlessly clean care home.”
