“People were content and happy and spoke positively about the friendliness and willingness of staff. Staff were kind, sensitive and caring in their approach and respected people's privacy and dignity...Staff treated people as equals and listened to what they had to say... They allowed people time to think for themselves and to move at their preferred pace.”
"Lovely home, Mum is comfortable and well cared for. Amazing staff all-round. Mum is bed-bound and life is very limited for her but she feels safe here and is happy - what more can we ask for? Thank you."

"Alveston Leys Care Home is a well-equipped and well-established nursing home with many of the staff highly experienced. The end-of-life care my wife has received since January has been first-class. I, too, have experienced respite care and, again, could not have wished for better treatment. Although my wife has been too unwell to participate in any activities, the home goes a long way to ensure that the residents are well catered for. I have no hesitation in recommending Alveston Leys as a first-class residential home."

"The carers are so kind and helpful. Very clean, food very good. The care for my mum is so good she feels at home and safe. The gardens and surrounding area is so nice, can walk around village, go to the pub. It feels like your own home, not a care home."
