Jacqui, Leeds Customer Care Team, who are we?
How we’re keeping our residents safe from coronavirus (COVID-19)
As ever, the care and safety of our residents and our people continues to be our highest priority during these unprecedented times. That’s why we’re doing everything we can to look after our residents and their loved ones.
We’re following strict infection control measures in all our homes
Be assured we’re taking extra measures to prevent the spread of infection in each of our homes, including frequent deep cleaning and rolling out testing for our staff and residents.
We have all the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
All our homes have been supplied with the necessary supplies of PPE, and our in-house procurement team is ready to source further supplies if needed.
We’re keeping residents and their loved ones connected
We’re doing everything we can to keep our residents connected to their loved ones and the wider community, from video calls to letters and our new Bupa Buddy service.

Take a video tour of our care home
Discover everything you need to know about our home with our latest video tour. It’ll give you an overview of our home, from the care we provide to the facilities on offer, with photography of the bedrooms and living areas too.
A warm and friendly community in a wonderfully tranquil spot
Beautiful inside and out, our home is surrounded by a nature reserve, open fields, and a golf course, and is within easy reach of the National Trust’s Clandon Park. We have high ceilings, charming fireplaces, and huge windows that let the light flood in.

Great places to socialise, enjoy an activity or have quiet time
There are lots of places to relax around our home. Residents can enjoy a little pampering in our on-site hair and beauty salon, settle down with a book in one of our elegant lounges, or join in an activity in the garden room.
An orchard, a sensory garden, and 7 acres to explore
There are plenty of accessible pathways around the house and through the gardens so everyone can enjoy the outside space. There is lots of seating and a well stocked greenhouse.

Get creative with an activity in the garden room
We have a dedicated space for activities, things like arts and crafts, flower arranging, painting club and a poetry group.

Bring family and friends together for tea and cake
Our dining area has garden views where families can celebrate special occasions like birthday parties. The cake is always on us.

There’s no typical day at Ashley Park, we arrange plenty to do, both here at the home as well as out and about.
Fun activities for everyone
Our coordinators plan activities for all interests and levels of mobility such as gentle armchair exercise with sherry class, gardening in raised beds, and visits from the mobile library.

All kinds of visitors
Sasha the pet therapy dog and local farm animals regularly visit, offering residents a chance to interact with them.

Exploring the countryside
We have outings to the River Wey and RHS Wisley, among many other places.

“Thank you for your outstanding care of my mother at the end of her life. All of the staff without exception were compassionate, kind, caring and treated my mum with respect. She really could not have had better care. Thank you all.”

“The carers, nurses and management have been outstanding! Not to forget the cooks and the cleaners who also play a huge part in keeping the home running. Although I have not been able to try the food myself, I have been told on many occasions that it is delicious! Words cannot express how grateful I am to all the staff at Ashley Park Care Home. Last year demonstrated how strong and committed the team is, I cannot thank you all enough.”
Friend of Resident, 20 July 2021, carehome.co.uk
“Mum was only at Ashley Park for a short period of time, but the manager and clinical services manager were superb. They communicated with us in a caring and compassionate way, and nothing at all was too much trouble. All other staff were kind, caring, helpful and very thoughtful. Mum was very happy for the time that she spent there.”
