Ashley, Leeds Customer Care Team, who are we?
Purpose-built, well-furnished and homely
At Aylesham Court, residents can help organise their own décor and we will happily accommodate their pets. With views of our carefully tended gardens, residents will find a calming and peaceful environment.
Great places to socialise, enjoy an activity or have quiet time
With plentiful lounges and dining options, we have our own sun lounge to provide light and space for residents who don’t want to go outside. Those who do can find room on our decking in good weather.
All residents can enjoy walks throughout our well-tended gardens
Patio doors lead out into our beautiful wheelchair-friendly garden. There are raised beds for anyone who fancies a spot of gardening, and lots of pleasant places to sit out.
Take time to sit and relax in our salon
Residents can get their hair done and have a natter with our hairdresser while choosing from our wide selection of beautician options.
Get the best out of good weather in our summer house
Relax and unwind in our shaded summer-house and our sunny deck.
There’s no typical day at Aylesham Court, we arrange plenty to do, both here at the home as well as out and about.
Participate in our annual canal boat trip
For anyone who wants to get involved, we will happily accommodate them on our annual trip around local canals.
Get active with Move and Groove
Get involved with gentle exercising with Move and Groove even from the comfort of your armchair.
Enjoy our cheese, wine and sherry tasting
Residents are particularly fond of our food and drink tasting sessions. We host these as often as we can.
“Staff treated people with dignity and respect. People were involved in decisions about their care. They were supported to remain as independent as possible. Staff supported people in a kind and compassionate way. This included when people were approaching the end of their life.”
"The care and treatment my father has received has been second to none. Four members of staff in particular and the team have been amazing. We cannot thank them enough for everything they did to make the last months of his life comfortable. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the compassion this team give on a day-to-day basis. Highly recommended if you have concerns about placing your parents or grandparents - nothing to worry about at Aylesham Court."

"The level of care was beyond anything I could have imagined. You made us feel like nothing was too much trouble and in the last few hours you didn't only take care of Neil but you respectfully took care of us too. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts."
