“People and relatives told us that staff were kind, caring and respectful towards them. We saw examples of this during the inspection. One person said, "They [staff] are so kind to me." While a relative told us, "The staff here are absolutely wonderful. I truly mean that. I feel very lucky we found this place."”
"I could not wish for better care for my wife. The facilities are excellent, and the staff is friendly, kind and caring. The Management listens and takes on board all suggestions and actions as appropriate following regular meetings."

"After looking at many care homes for my husband the minute I walked into Collingwood I knew this will be his home. When our family came for a visit, they thought the same. It was perfect, the staff are so kind and caring, and I know he is in safe hands.”
Wife of resident, 17 May 2024, carehome.co.uk
“My wife has been a resident here since March 2022 and has been very well cared for ever since. I cannot praise the staff and the home's facilities enough. Immaculate in every way.”
