“People and their relatives praised the support and the management of the home. People knew who the registered manager was. People's opinions about the quality of the service were sought and actions taken as a result of these. A range of quality checks were in place to ensure the smooth running of the service.”
"My mum has been in Crossley House for a couple of years and I have found the care she has received very good. Mum suffers with dementia and all that incurs, the care assistants do a great job looking after her in what at times must be very trying. Crossley House also gives the residents entertainment in the form of activities staff, who are also first class."

She is happier than she has been for several years, due I am sure to this calm but busy place and the attention of such dedicated people. There are a lot of activities which Mum enjoys.
