Share memories with local schools

Talk with family wherever they are
We can help residents set up Skype messaging, so they can talk to family and friends wherever they are.

“People and their relatives praised the support and the management of the home. People knew who the registered manager was. People's opinions about the quality of the service were sought and actions taken as a result of these. A range of quality checks were in place to ensure the smooth running of the service.”
"Nice, clean home. I have made some friends and staff friendly. I often go to the bar for a drink and quiz. We play games. My clothes are nice and clean."

"Our mum died peacefully in Crossley House on January 31st 2021. The end of life was made more bearable by the care and support from all members of staff. Mum had dementia, so the last year was made difficult by not being able to see her as much as we would have liked. We kept in touch by phone, Zoom, window and Pod. Visits all well supervised by caring staff. As a family, we felt Mum was in a secure, safe and caring environment. The home is bright, clean and always a nice buzz about the place. Mum loved the meals, and in her short time, made friends with residents and staff who we know came to care for her in her short time there. We would like to say thank you to all staff for their care and professionalism, and a special thank you to two particular members of staff for their care and support in the last few days of Mum's life."

"From the moment Mum became unwell all the staff at Crossley House were lovely, both towards Mum and all her family. Keeping us well informed at all times how Mum was, allowing visits to see her when needed. Everybody showed nothing but care and compassion towards both Mum and us. I have nothing but gratitude and thanks to everyone at Crossley House."
