“People were supported in a stable and caring environment. The staff promoted an atmosphere which was kind and friendly and staff had developed positive relationships with people. Visiting was not restricted and people were supported to maintain relationships with people that mattered to them. People had built caring relationships with staff. Staff treated people with respect and recognised people's needs for privacy.”
“Recently I had my first meeting with my mother since the second lockdown. Your staff could not have made this reunion more comfortable. Despite the inability to visit, she has been so cared for and that shows with the staff. You are all so brilliant, so thoughtful and your care and professional standards. I thank you from the bottom of my heart."

“My dad was fast-tracked to Dean Wood from hospital. Dad was given all the care he needed in a very professional and caring way. The nurses were always polite and kept me up to date with how dad was getting on they are all a credit to the home.”
