Kerrie, Leeds Customer Care Team, who are we?
How we’re keeping our residents safe from coronavirus (COVID-19)
As ever, the care and safety of our residents and our people continues to be our highest priority during these unprecedented times. That’s why we’re doing everything we can to look after our residents and their loved ones.
We’re following strict infection control measures in all our homes
Be assured we’re taking extra measures to prevent the spread of infection in each of our homes, including frequent deep cleaning and rolling out testing for our staff and residents.
We have all the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
All our homes have been supplied with the necessary supplies of PPE, and our in-house procurement team is ready to source further supplies if needed.
We’re keeping residents and their loved ones connected
We’re doing everything we can to keep our residents connected to their loved ones and the wider community, from video calls to letters and our new Bupa Buddy service.

Take a video tour of our care home
Discover everything you need to know about our home with our latest video tour. It’ll give you an overview of our home, from the care we provide to the facilities on offer, with photography of the bedrooms and living areas too.
A quiet, charming residence in a former private house
Our home was once an elegant Edwardian house, and despite modernising it, we have retained much of the original décor including the oak panelled lounge, fireplace and ornate ceilings.

“The team at Field House are incredible, caring and get to know the needs of each and every resident .The Home aspires to being one big family home where we support each other.”
April Parrott-Carter - Home Manager at Field House

Great places to socialise, enjoy an activity or have quiet time
We have social areas a plenty both inside and out. Our residents committee helps to organise what happens on a weekly basis around the home but if residents want some personal space then there is also plenty of seclusion.
Catch up with loved ones in our luxury lounge or sun room
Many of our lounges retain their original features and our sun lounge is the idea place to enjoy good weather from your armchair.

Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, connecting you to London
Being close to the station means there’s some on-street parking restrictions, but we’ll happily issue you a pass.

Walk in and around our gardens taking in their sights
Our gardens are wheelchair friendly and very pretty. There are two patios which are great for catching-up with friends when the weather’s nice, and a fish pond.

There’s no typical day at Field House, we arrange plenty to do, both here at the home as well as out and about.
Add your own touch to the garden and grow your own veg
Residents can plant whatever they want and we often include their produce in the homes meals.

Our library provides a secluded place for residents to read or simply find a quiet spot
The library has a wide selection of genres to read and ample sitting space to relax.

Outings to museums and local beauty spots
We like to provide residents with a range of outings to learn about local history or simply enjoy local beauty spots.

“Staff observed were attentive to people, kind and caring in their approach and discussed people with a sense of passion and pride. People we spoke with were positive about the staff and care they received. They told us they were treated with kindness, compassion, and respect. One person said, "I love it here, they are so kind."”
"The care given to my mother, by the dedicated staff at Field House was brilliant. We were always kept informed of any important changes and the whole family was welcomed to visit. A wonderful caring team, who provided the family with support at a very difficult time and mum with much love and care."
