During their most recent inspection, the Care Quality Commission identified areas where we need to make changes at this home.

At Bupa, we want to provide the very best care for all of our residents, which is why we’re taking the report very seriously. We have already taken action and are working hard to make these improvements. You can make an appointment by calling us and booking in a visit with our home manager.  We have an open door policy, so you’re welcome to pop in to the home at any time. However, we advise you avoid visiting at main meal times as these can be very busy.

Depending on its size, new residents are welcome to bring furniture to their new room. Many of our residents bring a favourite armchair or pictures and other small belongings to personalise their room.

This depends on availability of rooms in the home, understanding the cost of care and the person moving in receiving a care assessment.

7. If individual care needs change, Bupa reserves the right to change the individual’s fee as appropriate. However, the ‘Offer 18’ will still be applicable to any changes in fee for the discount period stated.
8. Bookings are subject to availability and dependent upon assessment.
9. Bupa reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
