Welcome to Fountains Lodge Care Home in Tunbridge Wells

Fountains lodge is situated in Southborough, a pleasant community in Tunbridge Wells; our brand new purpose-built home provides personalised residential and nursing care.

Our highly trained team of care assistants and registered nurses are on hand 24-hours a day to provide support to our residents, tailoring the care to suit each individual. We provide a safe, secure environment that allows our residents as much independence as possible.

During their most recent inspection, the Care Quality Commission identified areas where we need to make changes at this home. At Bupa, we want to provide the very best care for all of our residents, which is why we’re taking the report very seriously. We have already taken actions and are working hard to make these improvements. If you'd like to discuss the changes that are taking place, please get in touch with the Home Manager directly.

In addition to person centred care, we provide nursing staff to support residents who require qualified nursing care.

Depending on its size, new residents are welcome to bring furniture to their new room. Many of our residents bring a favourite armchair or pictures and other small belongings to personalise their room.

This depends on availability of rooms in the home, understanding the cost of care and the person moving in receiving a care assessment.
