Located on the outskirts of Church Crookham near Fleet. Freelands Croft is a brand-new, purpose-built dementia care home that offers a range of care options. Set-in stunning local countryside, we are within walking distance of local amenities and there are public transport links to the town centre.

The home provides nursing, convalescence, palliative and respite care as well as specialist care for those living with dementia. All our registered nurses, specialist carers and highly trained care assistants provide professional 24-hour support in a very respectful and understanding manner.

In addition to person centred care, we provide nursing staff to support residents who require qualified nursing care.

We provide respectful and meaningful care for residents and support for their relatives and loved ones. We make sure that their physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs are considered and met.

You can make an appointment by calling us and booking in a visit with our home manager.  We have an open door policy, so you’re welcome to pop in to the home at any time. However, we advise you avoid visiting at main meal times as these can be very busy.

Depending on its size, new residents are welcome to bring furniture to their new room. Many of our residents bring a favourite armchair or pictures and other small belongings to personalise their room.

This depends on availability of rooms in the home, understanding the cost of care and the person moving in receiving a care assessment.
