Our home still has the large windows and high ceilings associated with Victorian décor, this allows for ample natural light and a spacious, homely feel. Residents can even bring their own belongings for a personal touch.
Great places to socialise, enjoy an activity or have quiet time
We have four lounges that residents can make use of to either listen to music, have a drink or participate in activities. There are also private rooms that can be used for those special occasions.

Our mature garden is lovingly looked after, and residents can sit among the flowers on the patio or under a pergola.

There’s no typical day at Green Gates, but we arrange plenty to do, both here at the home as well as out and about.

Tai-Chi is a perfect way to relax and de-stress while maintaining a healthy level of fitness. The best part is that this can be done both in and out of bed.

Being close to Oxford, there is a plethora of local activities that residents can see and enjoy.
“People received personalised care. This included, nutrition, moving and handling and emotional support. Staff spoke with us about ensuring people received personalised care. One staff member said, "I provide personalised care. This is care provided the way the resident wants it provided. It is about individuality". People were offered a range of activities they could engage in.”
