Ashley, Leeds Customer Care Team, who are we?
How we’re keeping our residents safe from coronavirus (COVID-19)
As ever, the care and safety of our residents and our people continues to be our highest priority during these unprecedented times. That’s why we’re doing everything we can to look after our residents and their loved ones.
We’re following strict infection control measures in all our homes
Be assured we’re taking extra measures to prevent the spread of infection in each of our homes, including frequent deep cleaning and rolling out testing for our staff and residents.
We have all the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
All our homes have been supplied with the necessary supplies of PPE, and our in-house procurement team is ready to source further supplies if needed.
We’re keeping residents and their loved ones connected
We’re doing everything we can to keep our residents connected to their loved ones and the wider community, from video calls to letters and our new Bupa Buddy service.
For the latest updates, support and guidance on coronavirus (COVID-19) please visit our information hub.
Take a video tour of our care home
Discover everything you need to know about our home with our latest video tour. It’ll give you an overview of our home, from the care we provide to the facilities on offer, with photography of the bedrooms and living areas too.
A bright and inviting home in a former private residence
Our vibrant home has a strong focus on giving residents the respect and dignity they deserve. We encourage them to do what they love and make an effort to accommodate their hobbies.

Great places to socialise, enjoy an activity or have quiet time
We have plenty of lounges for our residents to make use of. Whether that is to play games or merely share a cup of tea with friends or relatives, we have spaces too for lots of activities.
Admire our cherry trees throughout the gardens
Outside, our well-tended gardens are easily accessible for wheelchairs and we encourage all residents to get out and enjoy them.

Lose yourself in our library collection
Residents will find plenty of books to read in our library with a range of genres to choose from.

Get the best coffee and tea at our own cafe
Relax on our terrace or in the conservatory on summer days

There’s no typical day at Hadley Lawns, but we arrange plenty to do, both here at the home as well as out and about.
Add your own flare to our gardens
We encourage residents to make an area of the garden their own.

Keep fit and healthy with gentle armchair exercises
From the comfort of their armchair, residents can still maintain a healthy level of fitness.

Interact with exotic animals
There are plenty of exotic animals that come to the home and residents often enjoy petting and spending time with them.

"I had come for a week respite after a knee replacement operation at the hospital. Over the week my strength improved and due to the care of the staff with medication and advice, I continue to feel stronger. Care and support were excellent."
Resident, 30 July 2021, carehome.co.uk
"My friend has been a resident for a few years and I have visited her on many occasions. I have always been welcomed by the staff and it is always a pleasure to watch the interaction between my friend and staff. The staff know her and her wonderful sense of humour so well! Because of her poor eyesight, some of the creative activities have to be adapted for her but this is done so that my friend feels included. She loves the quizzes and word activities where she can still demonstrate her general knowledge - these are very stimulating."
Friend of resident, 21 April 2021, carehome.co.uk
"My mum has been a resident for two years and the home is clean, friendly and welcoming. She feels safe and happy there, which in turn gives me confidence and peace of mind that she is well looked after."
Daughter of Resident, 18 February 2022, carehome.co.uk
