“Residents receive the right care, their specific needs and preferences are understood and addressed by compassionate and competent staff. Care documentation has significantly improved, it is regularly reviewed and more person centred and therefore enables enhanced care outcomes. There is also a noticeable on-going determination to provide continuity and consistency in order to minimise staff turnover, use of agency staff, medication errors and other issues.”
“My mother has been a resident in the nursing unit for two and a half years and has been looked after by a lovely, caring team of staff. Management and staff are vigilant to her needs. Heol Don is a lovely well-run care home; we could not wish for Mum to be in a better place.”
