Jacqui, Leeds Customer Care Team, who are we?
A home at the heart of a local community
We are based in the heart of Leominster town with easy access to all the local amenities. Residents are encouraged to bring personal items to make it that little more homely.
Great places to socialise, enjoy an activity or have quiet time
A comfortable home with tall windows providing lots of natural light. Residents can enjoy the beautiful garden as well as home grown vegetables directly from the onsite plot.
Social lounges and cosier spaces for residents to make use of
Our lounges and library offer a fantastic selection of spaces to sit down and relax or socialise.

Soak in the sun from the home’s patio
The patio offers good views of the garden and an excellent starting point for any walks.

Our own dedicated coffee area for you to enjoy
Offering fresh-baked cakes and biscuits plus speciality coffees

There’s no typical day at Leominster, but we arrange plenty to do, both here at the home as well as out and about.
Gentle gardening in a peaceful environment
We want our residents to help make their mark on the gardens and encourage them to make a little space their own.

Immerse yourself in the nearby local nature areas
With a wide selection of local nature areas, we often take residents out to visit them.

Share stories with the younger generations
We often get visits from both toddlers and school children that help brighten the mood in the home whenever they come to visit.

“People’s experience of using this service: People continued to tell us they felt safe and well supported. Staff had a good understanding in how they protected people from harm and recognised different types of abuse and how to report it. Potential risks to people had been identified and people had involved with decisions in how to reduce the risk of harm.”
