“We saw that staff encouraged people to make their own decisions and gave them the encouragement, time and support to do so. We saw that people could access all areas of the home when they wanted to. This meant that people could have the independence and freedom to choose what they did and where they went, in safety with as little restriction to their liberty as possible.”
“Very friendly welcome when I first arrived and shown round, with various explanations. For nearly two months now we have had nothing but kindness and are impressed with the care shown by all members of staff.”

"All members of staff, irrespective of their role, treated my 94-year-old mum with the greatest dignity, kindness and care. Their smiling faces and helpful attitude offered such a friendly and positive atmosphere. The choice of meals and the quality of food was also excellent."
Son of resident, 15 January 2019, carehome.co.uk
“During my friends' stay at Lynton Hall, she received excellent medical attention from professional staff. They really care for each resident. She had a lovely bright room. Good food was well presented and all her needs were met. We felt welcome to visit at any time. The nursing and admin staff were always willing to give us updates. I highly recommend Lynton Hall. I know my friend felt safe and happy there. Everyone has been so kind.”
