Leaders and the culture they created promoted high-quality, person-centred care.”
"First impressions exceeded expectations. All my meetings/chats with staff have been informative, helpful and valued. Myself and my siblings are extremely happy with every aspect of the care home. Dad is happy and settled and the move has been made easy. Thank you."

"My mum was a resident at Maypole Care Home for over eight years. She was extremely happy there and received excellent care from the staff. Everyone was considerate and understanding of Mum's needs. The end-of-life care was amazing too. Mum was taken care of by several staff who were compassionate and caring at all times. The staff are exceptional and work so well as a team, my family were extremely pleased with Mum's care. Thank you so much."

"My mum was transferred from the hospital to receive end-of-life care. Her room was clean and in good condition, looking onto the garden. With some of her familiar things around her and room for visitors, her last few weeks with us were made more bearable. The staff were caring and compassionate and made sure Mum's needs were taken care of at all times. All in all, a positive experience of a happy, well-run home."
