Kerrie, Leeds Customer Care Team, who are we?
An elegant and homely setting
Our home in Wembley has been recently refurbished and still maintains gorgeous fireplaces, wood panelled hallways and high ornate ceilings. It offers a warm and friendly atmosphere to our residents
Great places to socialise, enjoy an activity or have quiet time
Our gardens are filled with a variety of interesting spots for residents to relax in and we have our very own onsite salon that provides expert pampering.
Take time out to sit and admire our gardens
Outside, our garden area has a spacious patio with lots of seating – a great spot for catching up with loved ones during the summer months.

Watch a movie or listen to music in our dedicated lounges
We have areas for residents to watch their favourite films or simple sit and enjoy music of their choice.

Relax inside our sensory room
Our sensory room is ideal for those with dementia looking to relax and get a feeling of safety.

There’s no typical day at Middlesex Manor, but we arrange plenty to do, both here at the home as well as out and about.
Make your own mark on our gardens
Residents can find plenty of space in the gardens to really make it their own. Whether they’re in the herb garden, vegetable plot or simply basking in the sun.

Regular treats made by the residents
Residents are encouraged to help get involved making food for the home as well as learning new culinary skills.

Start new hobbies or continue old ones
We are always willing to help residents get the most out of their hobbies.

"Engagement between staff and people using the service was caring and respectful. People told us staff were kind and treated them well. Staff were respectful to people and provided them with assistance in a friendly and caring manner. People told us, "The staff are lovely. They are very kind and helpful," and "I am very happy here. [Staff] make sure I have everything I want.""
