How we’re keeping our residents safe from coronavirus (COVID-19)
As ever, the care and safety of our residents and our people continues to be our highest priority during these unprecedented times. That’s why we’re doing everything we can to look after our residents and their loved ones.
We’re following strict infection control measures in all our homes
Be assured we’re taking extra measures to prevent the spread of infection in each of our homes, including frequent deep cleaning and rolling out testing for our staff and residents.
We have all the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
All our homes have been supplied with the necessary supplies of PPE, and our in-house procurement team is ready to source further supplies if needed.
We’re keeping residents and their loved ones connected
We’re doing everything we can to keep our residents connected to their loved ones and the wider community, from video calls to letters and our new Bupa Buddy service.

A modern building with period features
Settled near the stunning Peak District, our Georgian building has 6 acres of gardens for the residents to enjoy. We encourage our residents to bring personal belongings and furniture to add a more personal homely feel.




Great places to socialise, enjoy an activity or have quiet time
There are plenty of rooms for our residents to relax and socialise in and they can always take a stroll through our landscape gardens.
Take some time out to relax and pamper yourself
The salon has an excellent range of beautician options for residents to make use of.

Soak in the sun from our gardens summer house
Outside, they can make the most of our extensive grounds and lovely patio garden. Residents can take a gentle stroll, watch the bird life, or sit in the summer house near the pond.

Curl up with a good book in one of our many lounges and quiet spaces
Our lounge and peaceful spaces are the ideal locations to relax and enjoy quiet activities.

There’s no typical day at Mount Hall, but we arrange plenty to do, both here at the home as well as out and about.
Interact with exotic animals
We get regular visits from animals that the residents can pet and interact with.

Maintain old hobbies or start whole new ones
We readily assist our residents in maintaining and starting new hobbies.
