“People were supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives and staff supported them in the least restrictive way possible; the policies and systems in the service supported this practice. People told us they enjoyed the food provided and that they were offered choices of what they wanted to eat. People had regular access to healthcare professionals such as doctors, dentists, chiropodists and opticians.”
"Mum has had a difficult year with many different placements. She has been her most settled and happy in Nairn House. It is clean with good food and daily activities. The staff are so, so kind and attentive. They also take time to chat with her."
Daughter of Resident, 2 May 2024, carehome.co.uk
"Dad is very comfortable and well looked after, the activities are inclusive of his disabilities, and he enjoys the social aspect. The nursing team are always available, kind and dutiful, really a testament to the organisation."
Son of Resident, 10 April 2024, carehome.co.uk
"I found the staff to be unfailingly kind and patient. I love the way I can pop in to see her whenever I have time and am always made to feel welcome. She enjoys all her food which is appetising and well presented."
