“People were complimentary about the food menus and choices. One person said, "The majority of the food here is very good. I have to watch what I eat but I especially like the desserts. We have a choice of meals and you can have anything you like at breakfast. I couldn't believe it when I saw the choice when I came in."

“The team at Northlands House work incredibly hard to make the residents feel safe and cared for. The staff take pride in the work they do and care very much for all our residents. We are like a big family here!”
Helen Cousins, Home Manager
“During the last year of COVID regulations, it has been reassuring to know that my friend is being lovingly cared for. Despite the extra pressures on the staff they have always continued to 'go the extra mile'. Grateful thanks to all the staff for their consistent, professional, and loving care.”

"The Manager and her team have shown great kindness and dedication in this very challenging time. They have been very mindful of the different mental and physical needs of my father. They have been very sensitive to the emotional impact of the current situation on both residents and relatives. As a family, we feel well informed. Thank you to you all."
