“The service continued to provide safe care and treatment to people. People told us, "I feel very safe here," and "I know I am in safe hands", when we spoke with them regarding the service. Staff remained knowledgeable in safeguarding. They were able to identify the different signs of abuse and further advise what action they would take should they suspect abuse.”
"We have been very pleased with the care my mother receives. Staff are always friendly and caring. As a family, we are always invited to give our views on the care plan and day-to-day living arrangements for my mother. We feel included in decision-making."

"We were so impressed with the speed of admission and the care given to both mum and dad. All the staff have been amazing from top to bottom. This outstanding care has given them both the best possible start in order to continue their life together."
Son of residents, February 2023, Carehome.co.uk
The staff were excellent and caring and the home was beautifully decorated and clean. I felt completely confident that his needs were being met and the staff went over and beyond to make him as comfortable as was humanly possible. I would recommend this care home as a very pleasant place which makes residents feel completely at home."
