Enjoy peace and quiet or make music in one of our lounges
One of our lounges is home to its own piano and the patio has great views and is perfect for enjoying the fresh air and summer sunsets.

There’s no typical day at Pendean House, but we arrange plenty to do, both here at the home as well as out and about.
Listen to speakers talk about resident chosen topics
Residents can pick whatever topics they wish to learn about and we’ll aim to get a speaker to come in and talk to them about it.

Enjoy themed events throughout the year
Residents are in for a treat with numerous themed events that we hold throughout the year and a few that are suggested by the residents themselves.

"People received high quality care and support from a staff team who valued and celebrated individuality and diversity. People spoke of a family feel and it was evident they enjoyed close relationships with staff. People were involved in their care and in decisions relating to the home."
"Very happy with all the staff. They look after my friend beautifully. I always find all the staff to be very polite and happy and help you if you need anything. My friend is well looked after at Pendean House Care Home and I would recommend the care home to others."

"I found the room extremely comfortable most of the staff friendly, but not overly familiar. the grounds were well kept and impressive and the food was of good standard. It's proximity to the main road made it easy for visitors to find."
Resident, 12 August 2022, carehome.co.uk
"A much-awaited visit to see friends we had not been able to see for such a long time. A truly warm and friendly welcome. The staff in general were kind and caring and had such a very good sense of humour, as well as their evident passionate vocations in caring for their residents. Truly impressed and overwhelmed by the care and compassion shown not just to our beloved friends, but to us as well. So happy in the knowledge that our elderly loved ones are in such a safe, friendly and loving home. Cannot thank you all or recommend Pendean highly enough."
