Jacqui, Leeds Customer Care Team, who are we?
How we’re keeping our residents safe from coronavirus (COVID-19)
As ever, the care and safety of our residents and our people continues to be our highest priority during these unprecedented times. That’s why we’re doing everything we can to look after our residents and their loved ones.
We’re following strict infection control measures in all our homes
Be assured we’re taking extra measures to prevent the spread of infection in each of our homes, including frequent deep cleaning and rolling out testing for our staff and residents.
We have all the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
All our homes have been supplied with the necessary supplies of PPE, and our in-house procurement team is ready to source further supplies if needed.
We’re keeping residents and their loved ones connected
We’re doing everything we can to keep our residents connected to their loved ones and the wider community, from video calls to letters and our new Bupa Buddy service.
For the latest updates, support and guidance on coronavirus (COVID-19) please visit our information hub.
Great places to socialise, enjoy an activity or have quiet time
Our beautiful listed 1910’s listed building is converted from a former manor house. Its peaceful and homely setting where residents can relax in the salon and grab a cup of tea with friends.
Stroll through our wide landscaped gardens
Our landscaped gardens, with their pond and fountain, are perfect for a stroll or sitting and taking in the fresh air.

Relax and socialise out on the patios
The patio is an ideal place to sit and admire the garden with drinks

Read a book or make music in one of our lounge spaces
Our lounges are perfect to sit down with a book or make music for our other residents.

There’s no typical day at Red Court, but we arrange plenty to do, both here at the home as well as out and about.
Make your own personal decorations
We hold regular pottery classes where residents can make their own decorations and pottery.

Help plant and cultivate the gardens
Residents will find ample space to create their own little area of the garden.

Visit local museums and galleries
We are always happy to take residents out on day trips to local attractions.

“People were cared for by staff who had the knowledge and skills they needed to deliver safe and effective care. Staff completed regular training. People were supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives and staff supported them in the least restrictive way possible. The policies and systems in the service supported this practice.”
“Red Court is a very friendly and caring place. All the staff make you feel like part of a family. All the residents always seem very happy.”

“The staff of Red Court Care Home, made my friend's stay dignified caring and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and always kind and thoughtful staff on hand no matter what was being asked of them for my friend, family and his visitors. Accommodation, comfortable and spotless.”
Friend of Resident, 16 January 2020, carehome.co.uk
From the cleaners, chef, assistants, nurses and management, my dad and family who visited him were treated so well. I felt my dad was really cared for as were all his visitors to the home and the support given was amazing. 24/7 access is a real plus in our situation and the nights we stayed again we were all looked after so well. Cannot thank you enough for the care given to my dad and my family. Thank you..”
