“People were cared for by staff who had the knowledge and skills they needed to deliver safe and effective care. Staff completed regular training. People were supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives and staff supported them in the least restrictive way possible. The policies and systems in the service supported this practice.”
"I would like to commend the care home for the level of care and service they provided for my grandad whilst he was under their supervision. They ensured all his needs were met and that he was thoroughly supported throughout. They consistently kept the family updated on his health and progress. If there were ever any concerns, they were sure to inform us. They accommodated us when he eventually passed and allowed us to spend the necessary time with him. I want to commend all the staff who helped with his hygiene, nutrition and rehabilitation. They are all greatly appreciated by the family. "

"It's only been a week but I have been impressed by the engaging, helpful and friendly staff. Nothing is too much trouble and is usually carried out with a smile. The grounds and location make it easy and pleasant to visit. I would recommend it to others looking for care. "
