Ashley, Leeds Customer Care Team, who are we?
Take a video tour of our care home
Discover everything you need to know about our home with our latest video tour. It’ll give you an overview of our home, from the care we provide to the facilities on offer, with photography of the bedrooms and living areas too.
Personalised care and recovery from care professionals
Ridley Park puts the dignity and independence of our residents at the forefront of everything we do. Residents are always presented with a wide range of choice while we ensure needs and requests are met.
Great places to socialise, enjoy an activity or have quiet time
Our home is based near the harbour side with spacious gardens that wrap around. The patios allow our residents to sit and enjoy the sea views or they can find a quiet space inside to relax.
Dance to old classics
The ballroom is a brilliant location to practice your old dance moves or learn some stylish new ones.

Grow your own plants and food
We encourage residents to grow their own plants and food, many of these are used in the home’s meals.

Watch your favourite films and new blockbusters
We are always happy to get hold of new movies for residents and set up a cinema room for them to use.

There’s no typical day at Ridley Park, but we arrange plenty to do, both here at the home as well as out and about.
Keep yourself active and healthy
Many of our gentle exercises can be done from the comfort of an armchair and helps to keep everyone fit and healthy.

Stroll down the seaside and see local attractions
We are always happy to take our residents to the seaside in good weather for them to enjoy its sights.

Spend time with our homes dogs
There are constant visits from rescue dogs that can be petted and played with by our residents.

“People had the opportunity to give their views about the service. There was regular consultation with people and family members and their views were used to improve the service. Staff and relatives said the management team were approachable. Communication was effective to ensure staff and relatives were kept up to date about any changes in people’s care and support needs and the running of the service.”
"My mum is in Dunes, her memory is failing fast now, and she needs a lot of attention. The staff are truly amazing. Their patience, kindness and care for the residents are just inspiring. It was my birthday at the end of August, and the staff gave my mum a card and present to give to me. The present has a little verse - a gift from Mum to my daughter - it was beautiful. They made my day special for me and incredibly special for my mum as we could celebrate together."

"My sister settled in well, is happy and is now eating well."

"My mother was referred to Ridley Park from the hospital for palliative care and given only weeks/months to live. Due to the excellent nursing and care she received has greatly improved. Ridley Park nursing home is very well run, and the staff are very kind. Also, the food is varied and of a very high standard. I could not wish for a better place for my mother to reside."
