Gentle exercises

"The service was caring. Staff treated people with dignity and respect. Support was provided in accordance with people's wishes. Staff were kind and attentive towards people and their families. People’s preferences likes and dislikes had been taken into consideration. People's relatives and friends were able to visit when they wished."
""St George's is a very welcoming, happy and cheerful place and the staff seem very attentive to residents needs. A new Manager and a new Medical Lead both arrived at Christmas/New Year, but this did not change the happy atmosphere, it seemed that the nursing procedures were tightened up. Of particular note is the excellent activities program including:- weekly outings, a range of daily, in house, activities (including art and crafts, reading, reminiscences etc.) at different times of each day, with every resident included, where appropriate. There are also regular visits by a whole range of performers, and occasional animal visitors which seem to be very well received.""
Son of Resident, 29-May-20, carehome.co.uk
"My mother has been at St George's for two years after being at two other care homes and this is our best experience. Mum is treated with kindness and dignity and there is a feeling of warmth and care. You realise what is important, it's not the new curtains and carpets but the care and respect your loved one is given. This is a very good nursing home and I genuinely do not think Mum would be here had she not moved to St George's."
Daughter of Resident, 22-May-20, carehome.co.uk
"I had no hesitation in applying to St. George’s when my mum required help in her day to day life after my dad was there for five years and looked after so well. I think it says a lot when most of the staff are still the same ones after so many years. I would like to thank them all for their hard work and dedication."
