Take a video tour of our care home
Discover everything you need to know about our home with our latest video tour. It’ll give you an overview of our home, from the care we provide to the facilities on offer, with photography of the bedrooms and living areas too.
Light, spacious and beautifully decorated
Attractively furnished bedrooms, big comfy sofas and armchairs drawn round a cosy fireplace: Sunnyview House has lots of places to relax. And residents are welcome to bring knick-knacks or a TV to personalise their room.
Great places to socialise, enjoy an activity or have quiet time
There’s plenty to do here, always with the choice of whether to join in or not. We’re also close to neighbourhood shops and cafés. Wherever you go you may bump into Harley, our home’s own little Spaniel!
Lovely places to invite loved ones
There is a choice of several lounges, places to host private parties, and café areas for you to enjoy.

Wraparound garden
Residents can enjoy the gardens. Whether its sitting out and watching the world go by on Beeston Road or a chance to potter about and do a bit of gentle gardening.

Places to remember
The dementia wing has vintage items like wireless cabinets and manual typewriters as well as a traditional shop area.

There’s no typical day at Sunnyview House, but we arrange plenty to do, both here at the home as well as out and about.
Something for everyone
We hold reading sessions and gardening groups alongside many other activities to ensure there is always something for residents to do.

Just for fun
There are take-away nights, visiting entertainers, outings, and bingo.

Welcoming little ones
We receive regular visits from nursery children to encourage social interaction.

“People were supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives and staff supported them in the least restrictive way possible… Staff cared for people as individuals and respected people's individual views, choices and decisions. People and relatives told us staff were kind and caring... People received personalised care and support, tailored to meet their needs and preferences.”
"They are very kind and friendly at all times and they really care about the residents and visitors. They always act on any problem immediately."
Sister of Resident, 22 June 2022, carehome.co.uk
"Couldn’t fault the support offered to my stepfather as part of this transition into the home. Made him feel welcome and has given me the confidence to know he is safe. The home is always clean, and the staff are very friendly. Thank you to the manager and the team."
Daughter of Resident, 21 April 2022, carehome.co.uk
"Times have been difficult due to Covid restrictions and my mother's difficulty in understanding the impact. The whole staff team have constantly shown a high level of professionalism and care, and also retained their sense of humour and engagement, which is important."
