Welcome to Tadworth Grove Care Home in Epsom

Set among wide tree-lined avenues, Tadworth Grove is a modern, purpose-built home in a very pleasant suburban part of Surrey. We’re surrounded by woodland, playing fields and golf clubs, so it’s a tranquil spot. From here, we offer a warm welcome to those in need of nursing and residential care.

We provide a safe, secure environment that allows our residents as much independence as possible. We maintain the highest standards of care and hygiene, and our registered nurses and highly-trained care assistants are on hand 24-hours a day.

You can make an appointment by calling us and booking in a visit with our home manager.  We have an open door policy, so you’re welcome to pop in to the home at any time. However, we advise you avoid visiting at main meal times as these can be very busy.

Depending on its size, new residents are welcome to bring furniture to their new room. Many of our residents bring a favourite armchair or pictures and other small belongings to personalise their room.

This depends on availability of rooms in the home, understanding the cost of care and the person moving in receiving a care assessment.
