A home that feels like home
Tadworth Grove has a very domestic feel. There are horses in neighbouring fields, and permanent residents at the home include Smudge the cat, colourful fish, budgies Bluebell and Buttercup, and Caitlin the dog.
“The team at Tadworth Grove work incredibly hard to make sure our residents receive person centred care. The staff members take pride in the work they do and care very much for all our residents. We look forward to your visits and feel free to pop in.”

Great places to socialise, enjoy an activity or have quiet time
Tadworth Grove is bright and cheerful, with lots of places indoors and out where residents can settle down with something to do, or welcome loved ones. They’re always free to choose their meals, activities and trips out.
Social spaces
Our lounges and conservatory are ideal for welcoming old friends and making new ones.
Life outdoors
Our pleasant garden is big, with plenty of seating. The greenhouse and raised beds help with doing a bit of gardening and all pathways are wheelchair friendly.
Room for activities
The dedicated activities room makes it easier and more enjoyable to do arts and crafts, etc.
There’s no typical day at Tadworth Grove, but we arrange plenty to do, both here at the home as well as out and about.
Just like home
With games, quizzes, cards, and puzzles, there are plenty of activities to do.
Always something to enjoy
We get weekly entertainers, arts and crafts, weekly cheese and wine evenings, and coffee mornings.
Children and young people
The local primary school children and Scout group come in to socialise with residents and gain work experience.
“During their most recent inspection, the Care Quality Commission found areas where we need to make changes at this home. We’re determined to provide the very best care, so we’re taking this report extremely seriously and are in the process of making all the required improvements.”
