Welcome to The Springs Care Home in Malvern
The Springs has been designed and built to care for elderly residents with dementia. Although it's positioned in a quiet area, shops, bus routes and local amenities are all nearby, and there's a train station just a mile away.
The Springs is a warm and friendly care home with carers and nurses that are both experienced and highly trained.
Designed as a homely environment for older residents with dementia, eye-catching pictures and corridors painted in contrasting colours act as memory and orientation triggers. Furthermore, reminiscence areas are designed specifically to help them to connect with past memories.
In addition to person centred care, we provide nursing staff to support residents who require qualified nursing care.
We provide respectful and meaningful care for residents and support for their relatives and loved ones. We make sure that their physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs are considered and met.
24-hour care and assistance provided for those living with dementia, to help them feel safe and comfortable.
Short stays offering round the clock care in a safe, comfortable environment. Perfect for carers who are ill, on holiday or just need a break.
For the third year running Bupa will be taking part in Community Christmas, a charity that helps reduce loneliness and isolation among the elderly on Christmas Day. Find out how our care homes will be taking part.

Thursday 27 November 2018 from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.
We know that supporting a loved one with dementia can be difficult, so we’ve organised this group to support family and friends who are caring for someone living with dementia. Our specialist dementia champion will also be there to answer any questions and offer advice.
If you’d like to come along for a cuppa and a piece of cake, and discuss the various ways you can support your loved one, just pop in and let us know, alternatively call us or
You can make an appointment by calling us and booking in a visit with our home manager. We have an open door policy, so you’re welcome to pop in to the home at any time. However, we advise you avoid visiting at main meal times as these can be very busy.
Depending on its size, new residents are welcome to bring furniture to their new room. Many of our residents bring a favourite armchair or pictures and other small belongings to personalise their room.
This depends on availability of rooms in the home, understanding the cost of care and the person moving in receiving a care assessment.
