Kerrie, Leeds Customer Care Team, who are we?
A peaceful, modern home with stunning views of Surrey hills
Nestled in the charming Surrey hills, Waverley Grange holds various quiet lounges, an onsite salon and cinema as well as wide gardens home to a fish pond and chickens.
Great places to socialise, enjoy an activity or have quiet time
Residents can relax on the patios or enjoy some private dining with friends. Each room offers a widescreen TV and residents are encouraged to bring belongings from home to add a personal touch.
Have a pampered afternoon
Enjoying a manicure is just one of the options available to residents in our salon.
Enjoy a quiet dining experience with friends
Friends and family can enjoy a daily first class dining experience.
Sit and admire our gardens
Our gardens are perfect for a stroll, perhaps to visit the chickens or try out our bowling and golf putting greens.
There’s no typical day at Waverley Grange, but we arrange plenty to do, both here at the home as well as out and about.
Tend to the quiet allotment and gardens
We have an allotment where residents can grow produce. Or they can relax on the patio when the sun is out.
Visit the sites around Farnham
Waverley Abbey ruins are close by as is the sculpture park. There are also many other places of local interest that residents can visit.
Watch the latest films or old classics
Our cinema has a great atmosphere and helps residents enjoy a real movie experience.
“People were treated in a dignified way and staff took time to get to know what was important to them. The focus of people's care was person-centred and focused on promoting people's independence as well as their physical and mental wellbeing. Staff were creative in thinking of ways that activities were planned for people regardless of their abilities and took time to arrange special outings for people.”
"My mum was taken into Waverley Grange from the hospital for end-of-life care. Sadly she was only in there for 11 days but they were the best days for her due to the amazing care that she received. Nothing was ever too much for them, changing her meals because she didn't like what was cooked (all food was amazing) looking after all of her visitors, and making sure that she was never on her own too long. All of the staff were very kind nurses, cleaners, and carers and I really couldn't have wished for a better place for her to spend her last days. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you all."

"My father moved to Waverley Grange to be close to us in 2021, I would recommend this care home. The management team are very good and the home runs smoothly. The care staff team are fantastic, very kind, attentive and professional. Even though my dad preferred to stay mainly in his room, he felt part of the Waverley Grange community, there are lots of activities and entertainment for the residents who want to take part. I appreciated being able to visit my dad at any time day or evening and the support we received from the home in Dad's last days was a huge comfort. Thank you to everyone at Waverley Grange."

"Mum joined Waverley Grange Care Home on the 3rd of July and despite some normal trepidation has settled in well. Central to this is the community of like-minded residents and the scale of activities that bring them together, including communal meals. We are very happy for Mum to be part of the Waverley Grange community."
