Ashley, Leeds Customer Care Team, who are we?
Quiet and peaceful home, with good links to the community
Just three miles from Dartford in Kent, Wilmington Manor is a beautifully converted Victorian manor house with pretty gardens which all the rooms overlook.
Great places to socialise, enjoy an activity or have quiet time
Our residents can join in with what’s going on or choose to have some ‘me’ time instead, perhaps in one of our lounges or their own room.
Beautiful gardens to potter about in
Our garden is home to a pond, fountain, and terrace with a shaded seating area for enjoying the fresh air and sunshine.
Spacious lounges feel like home
We welcome visitors, letting them settle down with a book or enjoying a chat over a coffee.
Pretty bedrooms with comfort in mind
All our bedrooms are bright and airy with attractive soft furnishings and en-suite WC.
There’s no typical day at Wilmington Manor, but we arrange plenty to do, both here at the home as well as locally.
Being creative, staying active
We have groups for knitting, sewing, arts and crafts, and gardening.
Trips out to local places of interest
We take our residents on trips to local garden centres, shopping, and on visits to the seaside.
One-to-one activities for each resident
We provide one-to-one activities such as board games for each of our residents in their room all depending on their choices.
“People received effective care and treatment from competent, knowledgeable and skilled staff. People felt staff were competent to give them the care they needed, and that staff were flexible with the support they provided. Staff spoke respectfully to people and showed a good awareness of people's individual needs and preferences. People were relaxed and cheerful in the presence of staff.”
