Welcome to Wilton Manor Care Home in Southampton

Our highly trained care assistants and team of registered nurses are proud of the facilities and level of care on offer at the recently-refurbished Wilton Manor. We specialise in care for elderly residents and those living with dementia and Parkinson's. Each person living with us has their own care plan that's unique to them.

Residents can choose to relax in one of our six comfortable and well-furnished lounges. There's a well-tended garden and patio area framed with potted plants and a gazebo where they can enjoy the warmer weather and entertain guests. We know how important it is to keep in touch, so visitors are welcome at any time.

In addition to person centred care, we provide nursing staff to support residents who require qualified nursing care.

You can make an appointment by calling us and booking in a visit with our home manager.  We have an open door policy, so you’re welcome to pop in to the home at any time. However, we advise you avoid visiting at main meal times as these can be very busy.

Depending on its size, new residents are welcome to bring furniture to their new room. Many of our residents bring a favourite armchair or pictures and other small belongings to personalise their room.

This depends on availability of rooms in the home, understanding the cost of care and the person moving in receiving a care assessment.
