Adam is a Senior MSK (musculoskeletal) Physiotherapist working for Bupa in central London. Qualifying in Physiotherapy in 2013 from the University of Hertfordshire, Adam worked with the NHS for 18 months. From there Adam transitioned into private practice, in the most recent years working in the Middle East. During his time as a physiotherapist, Adam has worked with a wide variety of high-level performers from professional athletes to professional dancers.
Adam has a passion for exercise prescription and rehabilitation, which is the core of his physiotherapy treatments. He has a special interest in tendon related injuries, sports specific rehabilitation and orthopaedic conditions. Adam is passionate about helping his patients achieve their goals and return to their desired levels of ability.
In his current role, Adam works closely with MSK consultants and is the host of the Bupa Joint Approach Podcast, which discusses all things physiotherapy.
