She currently works across Bupa’s remote MSK service (Blua) and the Chelsea Health Clinic, specialising in musculoskeletal conditions, women’s health, sports rehab and persistent pain. Agia combines evidence-based clinical reasoning with a holistic, movement-focused approach.
As an APPI-certified Pilates instructor and Yoga Alliance-qualified teacher, she integrates rehabilitative movement to support long-term recovery and patient self-management. She is an experienced health content creator, having developed clinical training resources adopted across Bupa, and consistently achieves high patient satisfaction through clear, engaging communication.
