Alice has worked for Bupa’s Health Content Team for almost 10 years, and has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the health and wellbeing field, with a specialist interest in exercise and family health. She graduated from Chichester University in 2008 with a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science and has a background as a medical writer within the pharmaceutical industry previous to Bupa. Alice lives near the beach on the south coast of England with her husband and two children. Her hobbies include water sports, skiing, going to the gym and walking.
