Charlotte Vineham is a Health Advisor based in Solihull, West Midlands. She has a BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Science & MSc Clinical Exercise Physiology. Charlotte enjoys keeping fit, spending time with friends and family (especially the dog!), travelling, learning about different cultures, traditions and history, and trips to the spa and afternoon teas.
She competed in high level swimming and taught swimming for nine years at various swim schools. She is currently undergoing the APPI Pilates instructor training.
