Jake is a Lifestyle Coach, Health Adviser and Health Star within Bupa Health Clinics. He studied Health, Nutrition and Fitness at university and is passionate about supporting people’s overall health and wellbeing, be it exercise, nutrition, stress or other aspects of their lifestyle. Jake concentrates on using behavioural science-based techniques to help people set goals that are specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time bound. 

Outside of work, Jake describes himself as 'very much an exercise fanatic' and he enjoys football, tennis and going to the gym.
