Jasmine Ward (she/her)

MSK Physiotherapist at Bupa UK

Jasmine is an MSK Physiotherapist at Apple Battersea. She has a background in sport and exercise science, then went on to study a masters in physiotherapy at St George’s university- completing an insightful research project around refugee mental and physical health in London.

Jasmine began her career mid-pandemic, in the NHS having worked in a variety of settings including intensive care, neuro rehab, elderly care and musculoskeletal outpatients. She moved to Bupa earlier this year for a career change and a chance to live and work in London.

Jasmine loves getting to work with people from all walks of life- with a current interest in long distance runners, particularly looking at how stress, sleep and mental health can impact recovery and pain. Within the Battersea wellness team, her efforts are on increasing staff engagement with sustainable living- sharing ideas and Bupa strategies regularly. The team recently completed (and won!) healthy cities and got the team out on daily lunchtime walks around Battersea power station.

Jasmine's interests include going to the gym and wild swimming. She loves to travel and is planning to hike to Everest base camp for her 30th birthday!

Jasmine also enjoys making friends with any and all dogs/cats she can find. She loves charity shopping for hidden gems and also sings in the local community choir.
