Jen Taylor is a Senior Counsellor within the Mental Health Support Team at Bupa. She previously worked as a Clinical and Team Manager within the Bupa Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), looking after the EAP and Mental Health Direct Access (MHDA) services.
Jen qualified as an integrative counsellor in 2013 and became an accredited member of the British Council of Counselling and Psychotherapy in 2017. She joined Bupa EAP in 2016 as a telephone counsellor. Since then she has worked in a number of roles in EAP, while running a private counselling practice.
Jen’s focus is to offer support to all that need it, whether it be callers into EAP or the team providing the EAP service.
Jen has a particular interest in online counselling. She sees this as a great fit to the internet-delivered cognitive behaviour therapy (iCBT) service offered within the EAP/MHDA services.
