Lisa worked with Bupa clinical services for 2 and half years providing customer facing support, advice & guidance for Bupa members, internal support for clinical staff and advisory staff.
Prior to working with Bupa, she previously worked for Greater Manchester Mental Health Foundation NHS Trust (GMMH) for 29 years.
She has worked in a variety of clinical nursing roles, both inpatient and in secondary care, community services. She has a broad ranging experience of working with individuals with mental health needs, across the age range. Lisa has varying interest of working with common mental health diagnoses & complex needs, including of working with adults of young people with psychosis & acute mental health care & treatment.
Lisa is passionate about training and learning and has had previous roles as a practice educational lead & a practice assessor for mental health nursing student. In her current role she has recently complete training to disseminated teaching and learning for level 3 safeguarding for Bupa staff members.
