In 2013, Liz qualified with an honours degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Liverpool, and has since worked in the NHS and in private practice. She built up extensive experience across a range of physiotherapy - this included neurology, orthopaedic, respiratory, aquatic and musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
Liz then chose to specialise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy in the private sector, assessing and treating a range of complex cases, including spinal, post-operative orthopaedic, sports injuries and persistent pain. She also assessed and treated patients aged seven upwards.
Liz has undertaken a wide range of training and qualifications in the field of Pilates and is accredited with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates institute (APPI). Her specialist interests include Clinical Pilates, ACL rehabilitation and running related injuries.
In her leisure time she enjoys teaching one-one Reformer Pilates, running and hiking in the great outdoors.
