My name is Rich and I’m Senior Health Adviser for the Bupa Didsbury Health Centre at the Spire Manchester hospital. Alongside assisting the centre manager in running the centre, this involves delivering health assessments and facilitating behaviour change. I think the best approach to make a positive change is by using small steps; a goal that is unrealistic can be de-motivating.
I completed my BSc Sport and Exercise Science degree at the University of Birmingham in 2015, which included studying for a year in the United States at the University of Cincinnati. In my spare time I like to stay active. I also love to travel and visiting as many new places as possible.
