Richard is a Specialist Nurse Adviser for Mental Health at Bupa. He has worked in medium secure hospitals, general psychiatric services and for NHS 111. More recently, he worked as a ‘Clinical Transformation Officer’ at North West Ambulance Service.
Richard has recently studied at post graduate level and hopes to complete his masters in Mental Health Science later this year. He is passionate about helping others and believes in the capacity for change in everyone.
Richard has a keen interest in mindfulness and enjoys running sessions when he can. Prior to nursing he worked in sales and marketing, and was also a Chef in the Royal Air Force. His interests include football, rugby and socialising with friends.
