Dr Aldugman is Lead Physician at Bupa Chelmsford clinic. She worked as an NHS GP across various surgeries in East and South East London, out of hours services and community hubs and on private digital platforms before moving to Bupa.
Her publications span Gynaecology and digitisation of healthcare systems as well as authoring educational material for hospital trusts and medical websites. Her professional interests include women and children’s health, nutrition, and wellbeing. One of her recent projects has been setting up service for post partum women in the community to provide support and provide information on supporting physical and mental health recovery post birth.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, keeping fit and baking with her children.
