Steve Miller works in Bupa's Manchester City Centre clinic. He joined Bupa after working as a First Team Physiotherapist in elite sport for Newcastle Falcons Rugby Club, between 2014-2020.
His additional experiences include roles with Beach Volleyball during the London Olympics, Field Hockey at Glasgow Commonwealth Games and various Primary Healthcare contracts.
Steve is a guest lecturer at Newcastle University, Teesside University and Gloucester University. He acknowledges the challenge of delivering clinical supervision, placements and enabling exposure to professional sport. Subsequently, he has supported students with free educational webinars, via virtual clinical placements.
Steve also launched GrowPhysio.com during the COVID-19 pandemic to offer an accessible sports injuries e-learning platform; It assists individuals in building their practical skills and clinical reasoning.
Steve’s personal interests are tennis, football and spending time with his family.
