Autologous blood injections

From £540 per injection

Injections performed by musculoskeletal physicians

What are autologous blood injections?

Autologous blood injections use your own blood to help heal damaged tendons. A small sample is taken, processed, and injected into the affected area to promote repair. This treatment is often used for tendon injuries and aims to reduce pain and improve function. Studies show that autologous blood injections have healing benefits which can work to restore the tendon to a pre-injury state.
