Non-spinal injections | from £540
Autologous blood injections use your own blood to promote healing in injured tendons. They’re often used for conditions like tennis elbow.
Hyaluronic acid injections work by lubricating the joint, easing movement, and improving shock absorption. Most commonly used for osteoarthritis in the knee.
Hydrodilatation is a high-volume injection used to stretch the shoulder joint and reduce pain. It’s primarily used to treat frozen shoulder.
Joint injections deliver steroid medication directly into the joint to help reduce pain and inflammation caused by arthritis in areas like the knees, shoulders, and hips.
Platelet rich plasma (PRP) injections use your own blood to promote healing in damaged tissues. They’re commonly used for joint pain and arthritis.
Prolotherapy involves injecting a natural solution into damaged ligaments to stimulate healing. It’s often used for pain in the back, knees, and joints.

Trigger point injections deliver a combination of steroid and local anaesthetic directly into muscle knots to alleviate pain and reduce inflammation.
Spinal injections | from £810
A caudal epidural injection is a treatment for lower back and leg pain. It delivers steroid medication into the base of your spine to help reduce inflammation and ease discomfort.
An epidural injection delivers corticosteroid medication into the spine to reduce inflammation and relieve pain caused by slipped discs or trapped nerves.
A facet joint injection delivers a mix of local anaesthetic and steroid into the spine’s joints to ease pain from inflammation and arthritis.
Medial branch block diagnostic injections are used to identify the source of spine-related pain, especially from facet joints.
A nerve root block injection delivers a mix of anaesthetic and steroid to a specific nerve in the neck or lower back. It helps reduce inflammation and pain caused by a slipped disc.
Radiofrequency denervation uses radiofrequency waves to deactivate nerves around painful facet joints, providing longer-term relief from chronic neck or back pain.
