Trigger point injections

From £540 per injection

Injections performed by musculoskeletal physicians

What are trigger point injections?

Trigger point injections are given to help relieve muscle pain caused by tight, knotted areas called trigger points. These painful spots can develop in muscles and may cause discomfort as well as limit movement. The injection contains a small amount of local anaesthetic, mixed with cortisone. It’s administered directly into the trigger point to help relax the muscle, reduce pain and improve mobility.
