Welcome to The Links Care Home in Dorset

The Links offers residential, respite, post-operative, palliative and dementia care. Based in the lovely village setting of Broadstone, close to local amenities and easy reach of Dorset’s beautiful beaches and countryside. The Links provides excellent long and short-term care, all tailored to the needs of the individual and provides a warm, welcoming and safe environment for residents.

In addition to person centred care, we provide nursing staff to support residents who require qualified nursing care.

We offer 24-hour personal support to those with a condition that requires frequent specialised, qualified nursing care.

We provide respectful and meaningful care for residents and support for their relatives and loved ones. We make sure that their physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs are considered and met.

Provides accommodation, meals and personal care for those who find it increasingly difficult to cope at home without assistance.

24-hour care and assistance provided for those living with dementia, to help them feel safe and comfortable.

Short stays offering round the clock care in a safe, comfortable environment. Perfect for carers who are ill, on holiday or just need a break.

Care provided for those who need some social interaction or are recovering from illness or surgery and their main carer is unavailable during the day

At The Links, we take great care to focus on the person. It’s vitally important for our residents to feel at home, so we create a friendly environment with an individually appropriate balance of care and independence.

You can make an appointment by calling us and booking in a visit with our home manager.  We have an open door policy, so you’re welcome to pop in to the home at any time. However, we advise you avoid visiting at main meal times as these can be very busy.

Depending on its size, new residents are welcome to bring furniture to their new room. Many of our residents bring a favourite armchair or pictures and other small belongings to personalise their room.

This depends on availability of rooms in the home, understanding the cost of care and the person moving in receiving a care assessment.
