Fran Vandelli is a Dementia Lead for Bupa Care Services Richmond Villages and works to support our services to deliver person-centred dementia care. Coming from a background of drama-based Conflict Resolution she ‘discovered’ the world of dementia care and has worked for Dementia Voice (then the DSDC for the South West), The Dementia Care Trust (as a service manager) and was an Alzheimer’s Approved freelance trainer. Prior to working at Bupa Fran worked for Bristol City Council where she was an Advanced Dementia Care Mapper working in the Adult Social Care team.
Fran loves food, films, music, reading, sewing and dancing of any kind (not necessarily in that order). She is a Town Councillor in her spare time.
