Nadina started her career journey working as a Dietitian in Greece for two years. To explore health beyond ‘food as medicine’, she moved to the UK for postgraduate studies in Public Health.
There she focused on research, epidemiology and behaviour change through literature reviews and academic publications.
She joined Bupa as a Health Adviser in 2019, and collaborated with the Health Content team on video projects and articles.
Driven by a fascination with the changing healthcare landscape, she then joined Group Clinical’s Healthcare Insights team in 2022 as a Clinical Evidence and Horizon Scanning Assistant.
Since then, she has worked across the Clinical Evidence and Horizon Scanning pillars ensuring close collaboration between teams. She also monitors and reports on current and future clinical insights.
In her spare time Nadina enjoys contemporary dance, new gastronomic experiences and exploring new places.
